Cervical discography is not the complete list of music by an artist, but instead is a procedure where participants helped science by allowing the practitioner to puncture their cervical spine in order to determine the location of referred pain.
Diskogenic Pain- pain induced by stimulation of the disk
Neurogenic pain- pain resulting from irritation or stimulation of nervous system elements

Lesson: This picture shows diskogenic pain, while peripheralization of symptoms is usually a result of neurogenic pain and not the actual disk, which can run down the arm along the path of the nerve.
